We had an amazing stay at Casa Filipinas, Centro Ciudad Villa. the property was exceptionally clean and well, maintained, and we were greeted by the friendly owner Pedro who gave us a tour. the villa was spacious and had plenty of tables and chairs for everyone. the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious, providing great comfort. We also loved the private pool and the beautiful views. the location was convenient, with a supermarket just a few minutes' walk away and an easy 10, minute walk to the center of Palma. Pedro was a very helpful and accommodating host, especially with check, in and check, out timings. Cons: Nothing, it was perfect! 🌟.

The location of the villa was excellent, with a 15-minute walk to the old town and a lovely waterfront to stroll along. being only 2 minutes away from the Mercadona supermarket was very convenient. the villa itself was spacious and clean, with multiple areas to relax and plenty of bathrooms for our large group. the pool and outdoor area were well-maintained and provided a great space to swim and soak up the sun.

The pool is not heated, so it can be difficult to enjoy in colder weather.

The poolside chairs and loungers were perfect for relaxing in the sun, and we loved the balconies for enjoying the views. The bathrooms were clean and there was always plenty of hot water. We also appreciated the convenience of having a supermarket just a couple of minutes away. The parking was a great bonus and free of charge. we had a fantastic alternative sunny Christmas at Casa Filipinas, Centro Ciudad and would definitely recommend it.

The hotel was also just a 10-minute walk to the waterfront, which was lovely to stroll along. The fact that it was only 2 minutes away from the Mercadona supermarket was really convenient.

I particularly enjoyed the massage chair and comfortable sofa, making me feel like a king. The AC worked great, ensuring a comfortable temperature throughout my stay. The host, Pedro, was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing excellent tips for exploring the area. The property was impeccably clean, and the enormous terrace offered plenty of space to enjoy meals and soak up the sun.
